Getting Blank Page with 'Unsupported Browser' after Logging in to DOORS Web Access

Hi Everyone,

I am unable to view my DOORS Database Content into the DOORS Web Access after logging in . I see a Blank Page with a message as 'unsupported Browser'.Providing Error Screenshot

Env Details: DOORS Web Access and DOORS :9.5.2.0 Browser : Firefox -27.0.1 OS : Microsoft Windows Server 2008

 

Please anyone help me in solving this issue.
