Keyboard command for Promote and Demote

Hello,
can anybody help me to find the right key sequences for Promote and Demote objects?
Ctrl+Alt+Right and Ctrl+Alt+Left doesn't work in my environment.

The Promote and Demote keyboard shortcuts do not work for me either. I am using DOORS 9.202

They will conflict with screen rotation if rotation is enabled.
(Right-click on desktop -> Graphic Properties... -> Display Settings -> Enable Rotation check box.)

Works for me on DOORS 9.3....

If you're configuration is like mine, then you're very likely experiencing a conflict in your graphics-card shortcut keys where the DOORS shortcut keys are at a lower priority.  To resolve the issue you'll need to either disable the graphics-card shortcut keys... or, redirect the shortcut keys of the graphics-card to something that doesn't conflict with the predefined DOORS shortcut key strokes.
