IBM DOORS System Attributes

Hello Everyone, I am encountering a very strange issues in DOORS.

I am using DOORS 9.6 on a Windows 7 machine.

Logged in as Database Administrator- i can open a module and see that every object has the following attributes. for example, : TableBottomBorder, TableCellAlign,TableCellWidt and many others. Now if i log in as any other user, even creating a new Database Administrator and opening the same module, i do not see any of these table system attributes. I still see the standars, object text.Absolute number, created by .... so on

What is causing this- i tested it with different usernames, different computers. Very strange
