License for DOORS HP Quality Center Interface

Does this integration come complimentary with IBM DOORS.

Does it need a separate license ?

Usually it requires an additional license.

If IBM RATIONAL DOORS HP QUALITY CENTER FLOATING LIC is not in the list, then you don't have the license.
