I have recently set up our Rational Doors to use OS authentication. I have a user who is trying to start Doors and he has the shortcut on his desktop to have the -osUser switch at the end of the target. I have set his key to be like what I have except for the CN=username, I have placed his user name for that variable in the key. When he logs in it is still asking for his user name and password. I have tried doing a fresh install on his machine, I have tired recreating the user account, I have checked his settings against what I have on my machine and they are the same. Does anyone have any ideas why this is going on? Another tidbit, we recently moved the doors data to a new server, not sure if that means anything or has anything to do with it. I am scratching my head on it and need some fresh ideas as I am out of them.

Re: Doors 9.6 and -osuser issue Found issue. We had to clean the registry and re-install the application. |
