RFE site improvement request

I know this is off-topic, but I didn't know where else to put this in a public forum.

As I'm sure most of you know, IBM has created this RFE community site so users can vote on features and IBM can approve and reject features more publicly. I have made plenty of RFEs before this site launched and was told by IBM to create new ones on this new site.

The problem is that like the rest of the IBM Web site, this site is complicated and not very user friendly. And since I've been asked to use it for DOORS, I figured I'd post this here.

My RFE for the RFE Web site is, at the very least, when a list of RFEs is displayed, can you show the ENTIRE TITLE of it? It's 2010, people! I should be able to see more than the first 4 words of an RFE's title and summary! You just made the ENTIRE RFE SITE useless because of this design decision.

Not only that, but I can't open each RFE in its own tab in my browser because the links are to JAVASCRIPT. WHY????

I hate to come off like a snob, but seriously, what if you could only see the first 4 words of a Google Search result, or Amazon search result, or a truncated title on these forums. It's like IBM goes out of their way to ensure that their Web site sucks.

Anyhow, anyone at IBM out there? Please ensure they see my comments. And if any of you agree/disagree with me, let me know.

Thanks for your feedback, I think I see what you are describing in your comments. I would suggest that we set up a meeting and gather all of your feedback on the site.
You can actually submit a RFE request on the RFE Community, so in the future you can add your suggestions to that site rather than just in this forum.

Thanks for the public response.

I actually remember looking to submit an RFE for the RFE site and didn't see the option--I do today.

Basically, on almost any search done on the RFE site for RFEs, where a list of RFEs are returned, the user only sees maybe the first 5 words of the title of the RFE. Further, the links to the RFEs are all the flavor of JavaScript that don't support tabbed browsing or opening in a separate window (as tested in Safari).

Not sure that this would warrant a meeting. I typically complain (loudly) about issues as I notice them. :)

I can and will add an RFE about this if you'd like.
