Importing Word Document to doors -Error-'4605'

When i am importing microsoft word document,it is the size of 3.2mb,i am getting the error popup error 4605(Memory is not sufficient) how to resolve this problem
i am uploading the error which i am getting

The "Export to DOORS" macro is built with Visual Basic in Word and working in Word it will have problems with large documents. To import large documents, save the Word document as RTF (Rich Text Format) and use the DOORS RTF importer to import it.
