We are trying to setup all latest IBM products (Telelogic DOORS, Systems Architect, Focalpoint, Synergy....) with TDS4.3 and trying to connect to our corporate AD. This is partial successful with Synergy, but not DOORS 9.1.
Actually its pretty ordinary and we can not get all users and user information into the application.
A bit more background to it - in short - we have the task of combining two corporate AD's and have a "middleman" Oracle module to 'hook' into both and then "reporting" back the results. We can 'hook' into the one existing AD but not the "middleman" - or better - TDS is not able to retrieve the required information back to DOORS. TDS is not capable of retrieving user info if users, like in our case have 'spaces' in the user definition.
We have never setup TDS to an AD beyond a test environment - and with the changed - merged - AD's its another cattle of fish.
Anyone having issues with the latest version of TDS and DOORS 9.1 ??
