RDS (on Tivoli) backup fails in batch mode

I'm working on a backup script for RDS (on Tivoli) for DOORS 9.3 on Windows server.
The backup script requires to stop and start RDS.
RDS doesn't recover after the backup runs.
Note: when i ran the backup command from CLI it work OK (stop rds, backup rds, start rds)
but when I do it from a script, start command fails

I think it may be related to the following behavior:
When RDS is started from CLI, it gives the following error and CMD window remains open:
GLPSRV212I The LDAP trace utility 'ldtrc' is disabled.
GLPSRV214I The LDAP Server is not recording binary trace.
GLPSRV216I The LDAP Server is not recording ascii trace.

After that the promt doesn't return, and it may cause the problem to run start again.

Did you manage to run RDS backup from a script in batch mode?
