Currently I am associated with an IT company in India. We support IBM Rational Doors 9.2 and currently we are facing an issue from one of the end user. The end user has changed his Windows password recently, windows password is used for logging into IBM Rational Doors 9.2. When he is trying to log in from home through VPN it is throwing the error "Invalid username and password" although he is able to log in with the same password from office. I did all the troubleshooting I know still the issue is unresolved.

Re: Doors 9.2 is throwing "Invalid username and password" when trying to connect through VPN. If you are using "system user names" as login policy, then I'd suppose the user name logged in at home (e.g. "Dad") is different than the user name logged in at work (e.g. "SmithJK"). In this case DOORS sees no such user "Dad" in any system user name and gives up.
