A work item template is used to create a set of work items. See Creating work items from a template.

The work item templates included in this solution match the process groupings described in Tasks.

• The Project Initiation work item template creates work items to create a vision, release plan, and initial product backlog.  These activities are an enhancement to Scrum.
• The Sprint work item template creates work items for the typical events that occur during a Sprint.
