In order to better understand how to use Scrum using Rational Team Concert (and this solution in particular), review the Agile ALM Lifecycle Scenario (requires Jazz.net account).  This scenario begins with a small development team working for JKE Banking.  They have been tasked to create a mobile banking app that builds on their existing web-based banking services.
