JazzProjectAdmins Repository Permissions
Users with JazzProjectAdmins repository permissions can create programs, projects, and subprojects.	Users with either JazzAdmins or JazzProjectAdmins repository permissions can create programs, projects, and subprojects. JazzAdmins are no longer the only users with permission to create these items.
Creating a risk action
A risk strategy must be created before a risk action.	You must create a risk and risk strategy before you can list risk actions and work items. The risk action section is disabled until a strategy is created.
Editing risk action summaries
Risk action summaries can only be edited in viewlets other than the risk viewlet.	Once an action summary is saved, it cannot be edited in the risk viewlet. Changes made to the action summary in any other viewlet are reflected in the risk viewlet when saved.
Rational Team Concert
Support for Rational Team Concert	Rational Project Conductor Version 1.0.0.1 M1 is supported by Rational Team Concert Version 2.0.0.1. You can install the Rational Project Conductor 1.0.0.1 M1 server by itself or install it into an existing Rational Team Concert 2.0.0.1 server.
